for nnd egainst said proposed conditlon~l use And to investignte and meke findings and recommendations in connectian
therewith; and

After due consider~tion of c~ll evidence and reports ofEered et said hearing, does find ond determine the following facts:
1. Thnt the proposed use is properly onr Eor which e Conditionel .Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to

2. That the proposed use will not adversely c~Efect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of

3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequote to allow the full develapment of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to ii;- particular aren nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
