Thnt the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, t~ w•it;parmit en-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant. 2. Thet the proposed use will not adveraely affect the edjoining lend uses end the grnwth c~nd development of the erea in which it is p~opose.: to be located. 3. Thet the size ond shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the proposed use ln e menner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of f-naheim. 4. Thet the granting of the ~onditional Use Permit under the condition3 imposed, if any, W~ll not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and generel welfore of the Citlzens of the Ctty of Anaheim. 5.
