end against said proposed vnriance nnd to investigete and meke tindings and recommendations ln connection therewith;

WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and ~study madc by itself and in lts behelf,
~nd F~~ter due cor,sideration of all ev[dence and reports otfered at said hearing, does find and detertnine the following
fact~:
1. Thet the pntitioner requests n vc~rience from the Anaheim htuniclpel Code: Sectton 1~. ~A.O10, wfiicf~
