WHEREAS, eeid Commisslnn, efter due inspection, inveatlgatlon, and study made by itself And in its behalf,
and ofter due conslderation of ell nvidence end reporta offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following
fects;
1. Thet the petitioner requests e verience i;om the Aneheim Municipel Code: Section 18.28.050(5-b) which
requires a one story height wii:hin 150 feet of R-A, Agricultural, Zoned property to permit
two story construction on sub,ject property within 150 feet of R-A property to the north and
west.
2. Thet there ere exceptional or extreordlnery circumstences or conditlons eppliceble to the property involved
or to the intended uae of the property that do not epply generelly to the propecty or cless of use in the aame vlcintty
and zone.
