That the TrafFic Engineer reports Lhatupon complei:ion of the La Palma Avenue , grade crossings east of Pauline Street, and the suhsequent extension of La Palma Avenue to and thru the Nn-theast Industrial Area, the anlicip~3ted traFfic will require more than that permitted by the exi.sl;ing four lanes. 2. That the General Plan indicates the properties on the north side of La Palma Avenue between Anaheim Boulevard and Olive Street for future industrial use, thereby creating an additional potential traffic flow. I ! 3. That at such time as the traffic flow requires the physical widening of i the south side of La Palma Avenue to its ('ull w~id~t}~ as ~ primary street, ' properties along the south side cf La Palma Avenue between Anaheim Boulevard ~ , and the railr.oad tracks easterly of Paulin~ Street will have to be acquired; ! _ furtherm~re, thc~ existing storm drain, curb~, gutters and sidewalks will have +o ta relocated. . 4.
