law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear ~nd consider evidence for
nnd a~ainst seid proposed veriAnce ~nd to investigete and make findings and recommendetions in connectlon therawith;

WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspectio~~, investigation, ond study made by itselE end in its behalf,
and after due conslderetion of ell evidence and reports otfered at said henring, does find c~nd determine the following

require approval of the City Cuuncil of the Cit~~ of fluena Park.

been purchased by the adjacent property ovrners in Buen.~ Park; the exception being ~ parcel

enclosed k,y a solid masonry wall~

limits.
