A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXE-
CUTION OF M~ AGREEI~NT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT IN CONNECTION WITH
RELOCATION OF WATER MAINS AT CHANTILLY STORM
CHA1-1NEL .
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has
submitted to the City of Ana~eim utilities Relocation Agreement
No. C570 to cover the joint sharing of costs in connection with
the relocating of six city-owned water lines; and
WHEREAS, said Relocation Agreement No. C570 covers a
greater area and supersedes and voids previous Agreement No.
C524; and
~ffiEREAS, the matter has been reviewed by the office of
the City Attorney and recommended for execution; and
WHEREAS, t~~e City council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into a Utilities Relo-
cation Agreement with the Orange County Flood Control District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain
Utilities Relocation Agreement designated Agreement No. C570 as
submitted to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby directed to forward three (3) fully executed copies of
said Agreement to the office of the City Attorney for transmittal
to the Orange County Flood Control District.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
