to the Clty Councll of the Clty of An~heim th~l eubJect PetiQlon for 1~oclae~lilc~tion be epproved and, by eo doing,
that 'I'itle 18-7.oning of the Anaheim Munialp~l Code be •mended to exclude the ~bove described property from t}~e
C~3, Heavy Cnmmercial, Zone, and to lncorporate said described property into the C-1,
