A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Al~AHEIl~ AUTHORIZING 'I'HE EXECUTION BY THE
~mYOR AND CITY CLERK OF AN ~lENDMENT TO THE
AGREE~lliNT BETWEEN NICHOLAS CAS SA , JR. M~D THE
CITY OF &~AHEIM RELATING TO THE M~AHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL GOLF COURSE.
~vriEREAS, heretofore, on the 25th day of February, 1969,
the City of Anaheim and Nicholas Cassa, Jr. entered into an agree-
ment in connection with the operation of the Anaheim Municipal
Golf Course, which included an area to be used for a practice
driving range; and
WHEREAS, because of circumstances preventing the use
of said practice driving range area by Nicholas Cassa, Jr., the
parties to the contract of February 25, 1969, desire to amend
tile same to delete any reference to said practice driving range.
~ow, THEREFORE, BE IT lillSOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of l\naheim that certain ;;A..rnendment
to Agreement".., dated this date, between the City of Anaheim and
said Nicholas Cassa, Jr.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of February, 1971.
