WNEREAS, the City Planntng Commission of the City of Anahei~ did receive a verified
petitior~ For Rer.lassification ~Jr. 65-6b-116 and Variance No. 1793, which petitions have
i,r,plications on policies as expressed on said Gener.al Plan;and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the noti~e of the heari.ng on said reclassification
and variar~ce. notice was also given regarding the consicieration of an amendirent to the
G?n~ral Plan in the c~eneral locatian and v'_cinity uf sub~act property of sai.d reclassi-
ri~~tion and variance; and
WHEREA5, the City Planning Comr^ission d~~a hold a publir nearin~, at the City
Nall in the City of Anaheim on htay 9, and June 6, 1966 at 2t00 U'clock P.M. notice
~* said public hearing having been duly given as required b}~ law and in accordance
with the provisions of the Anahei.r~ Munir,ipal Code, to heai and c~nsider evidence for
