FOR THE PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF k~AHEIM OF TAX
DEEDED PROPERTY (TERANI~U\R NEAR WESTEffi~) .
WHEREAS, the Office of the Tax Collector of Orange
County has offered to sell to the City of An&leim, Lot A of
t,(lract no. 3822 for the minirLlUJil bid of r.ren Dollars ($10.00) i and
WHEREAS, said property borders upon Teranimar Drive
and was originally intended for street purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to make such purchase and to execute in connection there-
with the agreement furnished by the State Controller1s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute that certain
agreement for the purchase of tax deeded property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the executed agreement be
forwarded to the City Attorney for transmittal to the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Orange.
