therewith; and
WNE~EAS, aaid Commission, e~ter due inepection, investigstion, and study mede by itself end in its beheif, and
efter due consideretion oE a11 evidence and reparta offcred at seid hearIng, does find and determine the following fecte:
1. Thet the petitianer proposes e roclessification of the above described property from the R-A~ Ayricultural,
Zone to the R-i, One Farnily Residential, Zone to subdivlde subject property into 12 R-1
Zoned :ots.
2. 7hat the proposed reclassification is in confor;r,ar.ce •rvith the General Plan.
3. That the proposed reclessification of subject property is nc~:essery end/or desirable for the ordecly and pro-
per develapr~ent of the community.
4. Thet the proposed ceclassification of subject prop~rty does properly relate to the zones and their permitted
