AVENUE BETWEEN TAYLUR ST~EET AND IMPF.RSAL HIGHWAY ON TNE EAST WITHIN 'tHE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ANAH~IM, THEREI'0 WHEREAS, the County of Orange has establish~d the precise alignment of La Pa.lma Avenue within its ~urisdiction on February ?_4, 1966; and WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has established the pxecise alignment aF La Pa.lrna Avenue between Jeff~rson Street c~ the west and Fee Ana Street on the east on June 29, 1965; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the eetablishment of the precise align~r,ent of La F~alma Avern:c by the County oF Oran~e, a portior, of said property has been annexed into the City of Anaheirn; ..., :~` ~nc~ :'~ C PlNER.EAS, the City Planning Corrunission did hold a public hearing at the Cit.y Hall in ~ the ity of Anaheirn on June 6, 1966, at ?_s00 0 clock P.M. notice of said public hearing ~~ haviny been duly given as required by law, to hear and cansider evidence for and aguinst said ~ proposed precise alignment; and to investigate and make find:ngs and recommendations in connectSon ! therewit,h; and ~ ~ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation~ and study made by itself and In its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at ~ said hearing does find and determine the following facts: ~ `~ 1. That a portion of La Palma Avenue now lying wi.~khin the City of Anaheim, fror;~ ~ approximately 1~7RU feet east of to ?_,430 feet east of Taylor Street; and :~ fro~n ~pr,roximately 5,6~0 feet west of Imperial Highway to its intersection i with Imparial Highway on the east does not now have a precise alignment established. 2. Tiiat ~~~ith the establishment of the aforementioned precise alignments of La Palina , Avenue, lying within the boundaries of the City of Anaheim, the iuil !ength of ,' La l'alma Avenue e~ctending from Jefferson Street to its easterly terrr,inus will have the precise alignr~ent adopted by both the County of Orange and the City ~ ~ of Anaheiin. ; 3.
