WHEREAS, the Clty Planning Commlealon did hold a public heAring at the Clty Hal1 in the City of Anahelm on
June 20, 1966~ at 2:00 o'clock P,M,, notice of ^aid publlc headng having been duly gfven aa required by
lew end in occordance with the provisione of the Anaheim Munlcipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end coneider evidence
for and egeinat ~aid ptoposed condittonel uae and to inveatigete and make findings end recommendatlons in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, Reid Commission, after due lnspectlon, lavestigation, end study made by itaeli end In its behelf, and
after due considetation of ell evidence end reports offered et said headng, doea find and determine the followtng fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for wh{ch a Condltional .Uae Permit is euthodsed by thla Code, to
wit: ~ection 1~.64,0~0(1-c) to ;vi~t: establish pre-school cl~.sses in existing church
fa~ilities.
2. That the proposed use will not edversely atfect the adjoining land uses end the g~vvth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shepe oE the slte propoaed Eor the use is edequste to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, sefrty, and generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4, That the grenting of the Conditinnel U~se Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, er.d general welfere of the Citizens of the City of AnaheIm.

1. That the owners of sub,ject property shall deed to the City of Anaheirn a:,~r1p of land
3:' feet in wiclth, from the cente.r line of the str~ei;, along South 5~;reet, including 15-foot
radius corner returns at Lemon and Dickel Street,, for street wldening purposes.
;. Thal tha owners of subject property shall pay ta the City of Anah~im the surn of 15Q
per front foot along Lemon and Dlckel Stree~Ls, for. i:ree planting purposes.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on i'11e
with the oFfice of the Director of Public Works.
~1. That the landsc2ping of all parking areas be completed within 1R0 days froR~ ciate
i~ereof .
5. That all fiire Departmeni: requl.ations pertaining to schools shall be complied with
{.~rio.r to the issuance of a business license.
6. That Condi.tion Nos. 1, ~, 3, and 4, at,a~~e mentioned, shall be r,omplied with prior to
the t~ITI@ that i~,he Building Permit is issued or r.i~hin a period of 1R0 days from date hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such further time as thr Commission or City Council may grant.
7. Tl~at subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans anci
specf.fic~tion;; en file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, 2 and 3.
