dence for end ageinst said proposed reclassification and to investigate end make findings nnd recommendetions in
connection 4herewitli: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, aEter due inspectton, lnvestigation, and 3tudy rnade by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of oll evidence and reports oFfered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following

1. That the petitioner proposes a reclessi[ication of the above described property from the R-A, Aqr i cu i tur a 1,
Zone to the C~-1, General Comrnercial, Zone ~to establish a neighborhood convenience shoppinq
center on subject propertyo
2. That ttie scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does r~c,t warrant ~n
aii~endment to the Genera.l Plan at the presen± time, however, its relationship to the existing
General Plan syrnbol will be considered at the next annual review.
3~ That the proposad reclassification of subject property is not necessary andjor
desirable for the orderly arid proper development of tfie community.
