WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissdon of the City of Meheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permitfrom LOUIS WALTER~ E!' AL, 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California, Owners;
BORGE NIII.SEN, 1840 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and refer:ed to herein as though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Cammission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
July 1R, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required by
law and in acrnrdence with the provisions of the Mnheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heer end conaider evidence
for and ageinst said ptoposed rnnditional use and to investigete end meke Eindings end recommeadetions in connrction
I therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Cammission, eher due inspection, investlgation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
efter due consideretian of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel .Uae Permit is authorized by Code:
SECTION 18.64.020(5) to establish on-sale liquor in conjunction with a restaurant presently
under construction on subject property.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely eEfect the adjoining land uses and the growth ead developmmt oE
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size end shepe of the aite proposed for the use is edequete to allow the Eull development of the
proposcd use in e menner not detrimmtel to the particuler area nor to the peaee, health, aafety, and general welEere
of the Citizens of the City of P.naheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, i[ eny, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfate of the Citizens oEthe City of Anahelm.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim Gity Planning Commission does heteby grant subject
petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject propecty in order to preserve the sefety end generel welEere of the Citizens oE the
City of Anaheim:
1. That trash siorage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibii P7os. i, 2, 3, and 4.
