A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO.1R2R gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive e verified Petition tor Verience from
HENRY W~IGNER, 975 South State College Boulevard, Anaheim, California, Owner; WEGE.R ~MppNy,
INCORPORATED, RR~q y~est Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, Caiifornia, Agent of certain real
property situated ir~ the City of Anafieim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" attaci~ed hereto and referred to herein as tliough set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
September 26~ 1966~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beert duly given es required by

WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
