RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION 70R'-594, IN
PART.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 70R-594, under date of
December 22, 1970, accepted a group of deeds and ordered that
they be recorded; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
easement deed executed by Joseph D. Huarte and Dorothy C. Huarte
was included among said deeds; and
WHEREAS, said Huarte easement deed should neither have
been accepted at this time nor ordered recorded.
NOW: THEREFORE I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 70R-594 be, and the
same is hereby. rescinded nunc pro tunc to the extent only that
it included the I1uarte easement deed in the following language:

Dorothy C. Huarte
Easement for Road
& Public utility
Purposes
S/o Frontera St. &
E/o Rio Vista St.
C.U.P. fl098
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent that
the said Huarte easement deed is deleted therefrom, Resolution
No. 70R-594 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of February, 1971.
