WHEREqS, the Planning Commission in Resoiution No. 191, Ser:es 195R-59, oranted ~ Variance No. 1102, subject to conditions, to establish a car wash and small service shops ~ on sub j ect px•operty; and '' WHEREAS, a condition of approval was the payment of street light fees, whicti~ras accomplished on July 23, 1959; and WHF~2EAS, the car wash erected on subject property }ias now been abandoned, and the service shops were never constructed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on October 10, 1966 Permit No. A90, for the establishment of a motel and off-salerliquorCstore,~whichsvould encompass the property previously approved and partially developed, subject to conditions ~:~~ich would negate any previous use yranted for subject property. NOW, THFI2~EFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D that the City Plznnino Commission of the City of Anaheim does hereby terminate Variance ;Jo. 1102 on the basis that the use yranted for tt~e property has been abandoned and new uses have reen approved under Conditional Use Yermit No. R90 in Resolution Ido. PC56-110.
