AND IDAMAE J. CAMBURN, 2220 North Red~vood Drive, Anaheim, California, Owners of certain reai property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali.°ornia, described ss Lot 42, Tract No. 1394, as shown on a map recorded in book 54, pages 47, 4R, and 49, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County ; and WHEFcEAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Cctober 10~ 1966~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of ~eid public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordence with the provisions cf the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider evidence for end egainst said proposed verience end to inves~igate and meke findings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; und WHEREAS, said Commisnion, efter due inapection, inveetigetion, ead study mede by itself and in its behalf, end after due consideretion of r.ll evidence and reports offered at seld hearing, does find and detennine the following focts: 1. Thet the petitioner rcquests a veriance from the Aneheim Idunicipol Code: to permit the continued use of an existing garage on ar, R-1 lot. SECTION 1R,2q,030 5) - 2 parking spaces in a garage (10 feet by 20 feet) required; 2 parking spaces (9 feet by 19:?- feet) existing. SECTION 1R,20,010(2) - Side setback -(5 feet required; 3 f2et existirg) ~!i 2. Thet thera erc exceptionel or extraordinary circumstances or conditions appliceble to the property involved or to the intended uae of the property that do not epply generally to <_he propeRy or cless of use in the same vicinity end zone. 3. Thet the requested varience is necr.ssery for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicicity and zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested variance will not be materielly detrimentel to the public welEare or injurious to the prop- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in whlch the property is loceted. 5. That no one appeared in opposition io subjeci petition. A Vl-G -1- ~ `•-:A J NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and genewl welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aaaheim. 1. I'hat the vehicular access rights to West Street shall be dedicated to the City of knaheim within a period of 1R0 days from the date hereof, or such further time as the Planning Commission or City Council may grant. 2.
