October 10, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es requfred by

y NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommmd
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that aubject Petition for Reclesaification be epproved end, by so doing,
that Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municipel Code be emended to exclude the ebove described property fxom the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to ir.corporate said described property into the C-1, General Conmercia:
Zone•upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the
proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the saf ety and general welfare of the
citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That concrete wheel blocks be provided to separate the proposed tier of parking and
the adjacent driveway easement, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
