A RdSOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing granted Variance No.
1677 in Resolution No. 1479, Series 1964-65, dated January 14, 1965; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions have been met, and development has not occurred
in conformance with plans submitted with Variance No. 1677; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 767, oovering the same property requested
permission to establish a trailer park, was granted October 1R, 1965, in Resolution
No. 1~07, Series 1965-66; and
WHEREAS, subject prope~ty has been developed as a trailer park as of March,
1966.
NdVJ, THF~tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Variance No. ~1677, on the basis that
subject property is r~ow developed for a trailer parh as granted in Conditional Use
Permit No. 767, and the request under Vaiiance No. 1677 is no lor.ger applicable.
