A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAN~ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
. T~ERMINATING ALL PROCE~EDINGS ON VARIANC~E N0. ],~~, THEREfO

~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing granted Variance No.
~ 1295 in Resolution No. 70, Serie~ 1960-61, dated September 19, 1960, for the establish-
ment of gift, barber, and specialty shops near the southwest corner uf Katella Avenue
j and Narbor Boulevard; and

-~y~$ WHEREAS, subject propPrty never has been developed for the use granted; and

_~4 ~ WHEREAS, subject property is now a part of the Anaheim Convention Center site.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cit~;~ Planning Commission of the C;ty of

Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Variance No. 1295, on the basis
1 ~;~ that the requested use is no l~nger applicable because the property is now being used
,~ as part of the Anaheim Convencion Center.
