A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY PLANNING COh~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 381

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 3R1, in Resolution No. R03, Series 1962-63 to establish a multiple
family planned resider~tial development in conjunction with Tentative Map of Tract
No. 5151; and
WH~ER~4S, Tentative Map of Tract No. 5151 was never finalized as a final tract
map, thus the time limitation has expired; and
WHFREAS, a portion of subject property is now being proposed for development
for single family homes in Reclassification No. 65-66-9R.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R;ESOLV~D that the City Planning Commission or' the City
of Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 3R1,
on the basis that subject property is now zoned for R-1 development and the original
time limitation for the tract filed in conjunction with Conditional Use Permit No.
3R1 has expired.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approveu by me this 20th day of October,
