A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING O~MMISSION OF THF CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 5?4, THFRETO
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing grznted Conditional Use
Permit No. 524, in Resolution No. 1016, Series 1963-64, to permit a billboard advertising
the future location of the McCoy Ford Company; and
WHFREAS, said billboard was granted for a period of three years which will expire
on January 2~, 1967; and
WHEREAS, under Reclassification No. 64-65-63, subject property was approved for
C-2 Zoning and is presently developed for the display, sales, and servicing of new
cars at McCoy Ford.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Co~ditional Use Permit No. 524,
on the basis that the billboard is no longer in use for the use originally permitted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was signed and approved by me this 20th day of October,
1966.
