A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH~ CITY OF ANAHEI~d AMENDING
PERMITT~ USES FbR OONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 557• THER~I'0
WHEREAS, the C;ty Planning Commission granted at public hearing Conditional Use
i'ermit No. 557, in Resolution No. 1245, Series 1964-G5 dated July R, 1964 to permit the
establishment of a mobile home park with a recreation room, sauna bath, and hobby shop;
and

WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a request tc the Planning Commission to
permit the establishment of a one operator beauty shop in the area originally designated
for a hobby shop; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed use would be an incidental use
in the various services usually provided in a mobile home park; ~nd
WHE4EAS, the petitioner has stated that the only advertising sign for the proposed
use would be a small unlighted sign within the mobile home parh itselr', and no advertising
sign ~vould be located at the street entrance of the park; and
WH~tEAS, the petitioner has stated that the beauty shop will be operated by a resident
within the park, and would be available to residents of the park, since many of them had
no transportation to patronize an outside facility.
NOW, THFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF~ that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby amend Finding No. i of Resolution No. 1245, Series 1964-65 grantina
Conditional Use Permit No. 557, to include a one o~erator beauty shop as an incidenial
use in the mobile home park.
