PC 66-128i RESOLUTION N0. PC66-12R A RESOLUTTON OF TH~E CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION OF Tf~ CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ~NDITION N0. R OF R~SOLUTION N0. R22, SFRI~S 1963-64 ESTABLISHING A CHURCH AND RELAT~ID FACILITIF.S, THF~2ET0 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing d~d grant Conditional Use Permit No. 445 in Resolution No. R22, Series 1963-64, dated July 1R, 1963 to permit the establishment of a church and related facilities; and T~ WHER~AS, Condition No. R of the aforementioned resolution required that a 6- foot masonry wall be constructed along the west property line and a bond posted to ~ , insure the construction of a 6-foot masonry wall along the south property line of the church site; and . WHEREAS, the Sunkist Baptist Church submitted a request asking for the deletion of the masonry wall requirement on the basis that the school property along the west property line already had a chain link fence, and the single family homes developed along the south property line had constructed a 6-foot redwood fence; and WHFREAS, upon contacting the representatives of the Anaheim School District regarding the possible deletion of the 6-foot masonry vaall adjacent to the school property, no opposition was presented since a chain link fence already existed; and WHERFAS, the Cornmission deems it necessary to require the construction of the masonry wall which would separate the church parking facilities from the residential homes to the south to provide a better sound buffer and more protection than the existing redwood fence. I NOW, THFREFOR~, BE ZT RFSOLVE'il that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim does hereby amend Condition Nc. R io read as follows: "R, That a 6-foot masonry w~ll shall be constructed along the south property line at the time the church property is to be developed."
