A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANf+H~IM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL US~ PERMIT
N0. 631, THF~~I'0
WHFR~AS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing or. November 10, 1964
in Resolution No. 1312, Series 1964-65, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 631, permitting
the use of an existing building for church purposes; and
' WHF~tEAS, in said resolution the Commission granted the use for a period of two
(2) years; and
WHEREAS, no request has been received for an exter,sion of time for said use;
and
WHEREAS, upon contacting the petitioner-property owner, he st.ated that the
;5 structure nc longer was being used for church purpeses.
NOW, TH~FREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 631
on the basis that the property no longer is being used for church puxposes.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of Plovember,
1966.
