NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
le That the proposed dance instruction studio sliall be limited io a maximum of 35
students.
2. That any signs ior the p•roperty shall conform to the requirement of the R-i, One
Family Residential, Zone.
3o That thz request for th2 dance ins ~uctior studio on subject properiy shall have a
time limitation of three (3) years, at which ti,ne the Commission will :eview the petition to
determine if any violations of the use have been filed and if the use has become a detriment
to the residential charactzr of the area. Upon request then by the petitioner, an additional
time extension may be granted, if approved by the Planning Commission.
4. That subject property shall be developed substantialiy in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Plos. 1 and 2.
