RESOLUTIO2~I NO. p'~• 66-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMI$~IQN OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1 ~~ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance from FAITH LUTHEFAIVCHURCH OF ANAHEIM, 2219 West Orange, Anaheim, California, Owners; NiARREN W. EISENBEISZ, 2219 West Orange, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the South 4 acres of the East 10 acres of the South 20 acres of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Rang,e 10 West S. B. B. 8, M., as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, pa9e 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. EXCEPTING the EaSt 200.00 feet thereof ~ I I ' i ~~ ~ ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaion did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on July 1R~ 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear end consider evidence for and egainst seid proposed variance end to investigetar and meke findings and recommendations in connec- fion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commissinn, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study meae by itself and in its behalf, and after dne consideretion of oll evidence and reports offered at seid heering, does find end determine the following fects: ' 1. Tiet the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipel Code to erect an additional .`ree- standing sign on subject property: SECTION 18.62.045(c) - One free-standing permitted - two proposed: and maximum sign area of 20 square feet permitted - 48-square foot sign area proposed. 2. That there are exceptional or extreordinary circumstences or coaditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested varience is necessary for 2he preservetion end enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested vetience will not be materially detrimental to the public welfere or injurious to the peup- erty or improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the property is loceted. 5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
