R~SOLUTION N0. 90~ SERIES 195R-59 APPROVING VARIANCE N0. 1047, PERMITTING
THE ESTABLI5NMENT OF A FLOWER SHOP AS A PERMITTED USE TH~RETO

~ WyERHAS, Variance No. 1047, was granted November 3, 195R in Resolution No. 90,
Series 195R-59, permitting the establishment ~f offices for real estate, drafting,
' bookkeeping, etc., on subject property; and
i
l~ WHEREAS, the petitioner is now requesting an interpretation of the permitted
j uses in order that a flower shop might be included in said uses; and
''~j~ WHEREAS, after inspection of the premises and the location of subject property,
~ the Planning Commission ~eems the requesi to permit the establishment of a flower
shop to be a similar commercial use to that already permitted.
~ NOW, TH~tEFORE, BE I7 RL-SOLVED, that the City Planning Commission of the City
:~ of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 90, Series 19~R-59 establishing the
~ ' permitted uses of subject property to include a ilower shop and s~.~ch similar uses
~, as being a comparable commerciai use to those uses already permitted on subiect
:~ property.
