WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
Nov en,ber 2 i, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for ond against said proposed conditlonel use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connectian
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behelf,

NOW, TH£REFORE, HE IT RESOi.VED thet the Malti~im City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petitlon for CondiLlona! Use Permit, upon the tollowing conditions which.ere hereby found to be a necessery prewquisite
to the pmposed use of the aubject propedy in orda to preserve the safety and general c~elfare of the Citizena oE the
City of Anaheim:
1~ That the osvners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of ~2.00
per front foot along Lir.colr Avenue and Manchester Avenue, for street lighting purposes.
2. That the o~Nners or" subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~
p~ front foot along Lincoln Avenue and Manchester Avenue, for tree pianting purposeso
3. That the sidan~alks shall be installed along Lincolr~ Avenue and Manchester Avenue,
as required by the City Er.gineer and in accordance with standard plans ar,d specifications on
file in the oft'ice of the City E~gir.a2r.
4. Tt;at irasi~ stora9e areas shal: be pro~.~i~9ed in accordan;:e with approved plans on Pile
with the office of tne Diractor of Public Works, prior to final building inspect.ion.
5. That the e~isting drive~vay d2pressions ti~hich ar.e not proposed tc be used shall be
removed and :eplaced wilh curb a;~~d gutter as z•equired by tt:e City Enyineer dnd in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the Cit/ Engineer.
6. That ar.y air-r.ond,tioring fanilities pxoposed shai.] be properly shielded from vie~ti~.
7• That, Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to ~he
time that the Building Permit is issued or k~ithin a period of ]80 days from date he,eof,
wnicn?ver eccurs first, or such further time as the Co~r~mission or City Council may qrant.
8. That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, above nientioned, shall be i:oir~plied with prior
to final buildiny and zoning ir.spectior.s.
9. That subject property shall be developed su~~stantially in a~:cordance ~~~ith plans and
specifications on file ~.vitn tne City oi Anaheim, marked Exhibit. Nos. 1, 2, 3, ar~~,9 4.
