C. Box 510, Anaheim, California9 Owners of certain real properiy situated in the City of Anaheirt~, Count.y of Oracye, Stat.e of California, described as Lot Nos. 25 and 36 oi Tract No. 2022 .~ `~ ~~ , ,. I ~ ~ ; and ~~ WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the Cicy of Anaheim on I - Nov emb er 21 ~ 1906, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as cequired by j law and in accordence with the provisions oE the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make Eindings and recommendations in connection .,~ therewith; and ~ WHEREAS, seid Commissi~n, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following feets: j 1.
