WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission af the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom JAPANESE AIdFRICAN DEVELOPMEM ENTF~2PRISES, 551.1 East Lincoln9 Cypress, California,
Owners; JEAN ISHIDA, 11220 Santia9o Boulevard, Orange, Californiz, Ager~t or certain real property

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
No~~ember 21, 19669 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
lew end in accordence with the provisians of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigete and meke findings and recommendations in connection
f:.erewith; and
WHEREAS, said Cammission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
and efter due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is authorized by tais Code, to wit:
