WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Heli in the City ot Anaheim on
November 21, 19t~b9 at 2:00 o'dock P.M., notice o( said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions ot the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear and consider evi-
