WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in it~ befielf, ~nd
aEter due consideretion of ell evidence and teports offeced et eaid hearing, does find and determine the foll~owing fects:
1. That the proposed use is ptoperly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit is authorized by this Code,to
wit: Section 1R.52.050(1-g) to permit on-sale liquor in an existino restaurant on subject
property.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining lend uses end the growth and development of
the erea in which itis proposed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size end shepe af the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the fuli development ofthe
proposed use in e menner not detrimentel to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end generel welfere
oE the Citizens oE the City of Maheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

1. Tiiat the owner of subject proper~~ shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per front foot along Orangethorpe Avenue, for street lighting purposes; and said su^~ shall
be paid prior to the time that the Building Permit is issuEd or within a period of 1R0 davs
from date hereof, whichev~r occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City
Council may grart.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
