WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
D ec emb er 19, 1966 ~t 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as tequired by
law end in eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end coneider evidmce
for and egainst said ptopo~ed conditionel uee end to investigate and malce tindlnes and recommendetions in eonnection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, eftet due inspection, iovestigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behelf, end
efter due consideretion oE ell evidence end tepotts offered at seid hearing, doea Eind and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permlt ls authorized by this Code, to
wit: permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant under authority of Code: Section
1R.64.060(g), on subject property.
2. Thet the ptoposed uae will not adversely effect the edjoining land uses and the geowth and development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3, Thet the aize end ehepe of the site proposed Eor the use is edequete to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the peRicular erca nor to the peace, heelth, safety, end.qenerel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
