on December 19, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as mquired
by !ew end in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for end against seid proposed veriance and to investigate end make findings ead recommendations in connec-
tlon therewith; and
WHEREAS, ~aid Commission, after due inepection, invesUgation, end study made by itself end in its behalf,
~nd ~her due con~lderation oI ell evideace and reports offered at seid hearing, does Eind and detem~ine the following

1. Th~t the petition.r rooueste e wd~nce from the Aneheim Municipal Code: to utilize an exist~.ng reside~t-
ial structure for commerc;;al uses:

1'ION', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the An~heim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
PetitIon for V~rianee, upon the followin~ condltions which ate hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and Qenerel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion or" Reclassification No.
66-67-44.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
v!ith the office of the Director of Public Y~orks, prior to final building inspection.
3. That subject propert}• shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
? specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, provided, however, that
r all site development standards of the C-1 zone shall be complied with.
