That this variance is granted subject to the completion or" Reclassification No. 66-67-44. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file v!ith the office of the Director of Public Y~orks, prior to final building inspection. 3. That subject propert}• shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and ? specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, provided, however, that r all site development standards of the C-1 zone shall be complied with.
