NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, ~!~on the following conditions which are hereby Eound to be e necessary prerequisite to the pro-
poeed use of the subject property in order to preaerve the safety and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City oE
Anaheim.
lo That trash =_torage areas shall be providad in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shalJ. be installed as required and determined to be necessary
by the Chief of the Fire Department~
3. That Condition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building and zoning inspections.
4. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the Ci;.y of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
