West Ball Rr,ad, JOSEPH SEYMOUR, 3347 West Ball Road, ARNOLD HETH, ;j~}';1 West Bal: Road, Anaheim, California, Owners; KENNETH LAE, 914 West Lincoln, Ananeim, Cdli:ornia, Aqent or certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 1 of Tract No. 2R39 as per map recorded. in Book 85, pages 9 to 15 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Lot 2 of Trar.t No. 2R39 as per map recorded in Book R5, pages 9-15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California~ Lot 3 of Tract No. 2R39 as per map recorded in Book R5, pages 9-15 inclusive of Miscellaneous h1aos, records of Orange County, California ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on July 1~, 196L, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of soid public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in eccordence with the provisians of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear and consider evi• dence for and egainst seid proposed reclessi(ication and to investigete end make (indings and recommendations in connection therewith: and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and ia its behelf, nnd after due consideretion of e21 evidence and repor:s offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following (acts: 1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above described propeRy from the R-1~ ONE FA~J~ILY RESIDENTIAL, ZOD1E to the C-0, COP+Vd!ERCIAL JFFICE, ZOVE to establish office uses in existing rasidentiai structures. 2.
