Cdli:ornia, Aqent or certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as Lot 1 of Tract No. 2R39 as per map recorded. in Book 85, pages
9 to 15 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Lot 2 of Trar.t No.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
July 1~, 196L, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of soid public hearing having been duly given as required
by lew and in eccordence with the provisians of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear and consider evi•
dence for and egainst seid proposed reclessi(ication and to investigete end make (indings and recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and ia its behelf,
nnd after due consideretion of e21 evidence and repor:s offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following
(acts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above described propeRy from the R-1~ ONE FA~J~ILY
RESIDENTIAL, ZOD1E to the C-0, COP+Vd!ERCIAL JFFICE, ZOVE to establish office uses in existing
rasidentiai structures.
2. Tt~~at the proposed Reclassi~ication is in con,;uncti~n with a past amendment to
the General Plan (fJo. 2).
3a That the proposed Reclassification would establish a patt?rn o~ development x~hicn
~,vould have a deleterious effert o~ the residential in±?grity o* the existing single family
properties in close proximity to sub;ect rruperty.
4~ Tnat cornmercial re-development of the pruperties individually would not provide

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anehelm City Planntng Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclessificetion be denied on the besis o( the
eforementioned findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTiON is signed and epproved by me this 2Rt}i day of July, 1966.
