OF ANAHEI~ AUTHORIZING ro~D DIP~CTING THE }mYOR
AND THE CITY CLEK~ TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN

ROYAL INNS OF ~mRICA, INC. LEASE.
vrnEP~AS; heretofore, the City of Anaheim leased certain
real ~roperty to I~yal In~s for the purpose of constructing and
operating a hotel on the property; and
~'1HEREAS.~ said Lease fail~d to reflect certain default
provisions; and
rlliEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of l~aheim to amend said Lease so that
Royal Inns may proceed vJi t:1 their construction and financing.
NOWf THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of l~naheirn t.hat the Zjayor and th.; City Clerk be, and
tney are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City that certain "ru-nend..rnent to l'lgreement~; betvleen the City
of l:..nalleirn and ::1oyal In11S of ~mer ica , Ine. ~'1\ending the Lease
P...gree.."t1ent between -the -~?arties ~1ere.tofore executed on or about
