PC 66-30RESOLUTION N0. ~66-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 866 SE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified peYition fot Conditional Use Permitfrom ROSALIE M. METZGER, JOHN W. HEIN, AND GRACE E. HEIN, 511 South Rio Vista Street, Anaheim, California, Owners; ROBERT B. TURNER, 2622 Ames Circle, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State ofCalifornia, describeo a~ the easterly 3,50 acres of the southerly 325000 feet of the northeast quarter of the southeast auarter of the southeast quarter of S~ction 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.BM., as said section is shown on a map filed in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on August 1, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required hy law and in accordance with the provisions of the AtMaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and against said proposed conditionel use and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; end , WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed u~e is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by Code: ~ection 18.64.~20(1) - to per•mit tho establishment ot a church on subject properi;y. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development of the area in which itis proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, safety, ead generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Ar,eheim. 5. Cl-G _1_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following cunditions which ere hereby found to he a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and genera! welfare of the Citizens of the , City of Anaheim: 1. 7'hat the ovmers of subject property ~hall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 45 feet in width, Fro~! the centerline ui tne streot, along Rio Vi_~t.a Str•eet, for street v~idening purposes. 2.
