, NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
, Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessury prerequisite
to the proposed use oE the subject property in order to pceserve the safety and general welfare oE the Citizena of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to the completion of
Reclassification No. 66-67-6.
2. That the sidewalks shall be instailed along Brookhurst Street and Cerritos
' Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance With standard plans and
~ specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
3. That the curbs and gutters shall be repaired alon3 Cerritos Av~nue, as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and speciiications on file in
the office of the City Engineer.
~ 4. 7hat Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
~„ final building and zoning inspections.
,, 5. That subject property shall be developed sub tantiall;~ in accordance with adopted
Service Station Minimum Site Development Standards, prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
