A RESOLUTI~N OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 66-67-8 gE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclessifice-
tia~nfrom JGI~IJ D~ VON DER HEIDE, 924 North Euclid Street, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission dld hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
August i~ 1966~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as tequired by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal ^ode, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
_ for and egainst said proposed reclassificetion and to investigate end make findings end recommendations in connection
_ thetewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in it~ behalf, and
aft.e. due conei~i~ration of elt evidence and reports ofCered et seid hearing, does find end determine the following facts:

per developnrent oE the community.
4. That the proposed reclessiflcetion oE subject property does properly relete to the zones and their permitted
uses locally established in close proxlmity to subject property end to the zones end their permitted uses generally estab-
lished throughout the communlty.
5• That tho proposed reclas~ificaticn of subject property requires the dedication and
improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation Element of the Ganeral
Plan, due to tho anticipated increase in tr¢f'f'ic which will be gonerated by the intensification
of land use.
6. That no ono appeared in opposition.

" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anahelm City Plenning Commission does hereby tecommend
' to the City Council of the City oE Aneheim that aubject PetitIon for Reclessificetion be epproved end, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above de~cribed property from the
R-1, One-Family Residential, Zone, and to incorporate said described prcperty into the
C-1, General Commercial, Zor:e, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in ~order to preserve
the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1• That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
53 feet in width, from the centerline oL the street, along Euclid Street, including a
15-foot radius c~rner return, for street v~idening purpose=.
2• That the owners of subject propei•ty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per froiit foot along Eucli.d Street and Catherine Drive, for street lighting purposes.
3. Ihat Condi+,ion '~os. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be comp~iod with within a period
of 180 days £rom date ;;areof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
4. That any air-conditicning fucilitie~ proposed =ha11 be. properly shielded from view from
abutting streete, and all ~o.~nd ~hall be buffered from adjacent residentiel fiomes, prior
to final buil.ding and zoning inspection.
