Petition for Varience, upon the following canditions which ete hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite t~ the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pteserve the sefety and gencrel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheirtt
1. That this variance is gr::nted suUjer,t to the completion of Reclassification No. 66-67-8.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantielly in accordance with plans and
