PC 66-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT R~~ BE GRANTED . i~ ,'~ R 'I ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom ELDON KANEGAE, .if~00 Sandalwood Lane, Newport Beach, California, Owner; RQBERT MARTIN, 1~OR West Lincoln, Anaheirn, California, Agent of certain real property situated in ttie City of Anaheim, County oF Orange, State of California, described in cxhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on August 15~ 19669 at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given os required by law end in eccardence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end,;onsider eviaence for end ageinst said proposed rnnditional use and to investigete end make findings end recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigatian, and study made by itself and in its behalf, end after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e ~onditianal.Use Permit is authorized by this Code,to wit: Section 18.40.060(9} to estaUlish a beer bar in a shopping center presently under constructior. 2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining lend uses and the growth end development of the erea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size en3 shape of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development ofthe proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler aree nor to the peece, hee;th, sefety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City cf Anaheim. 4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, wi-I not be detrimentel to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere oEthe Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5o That there a:e no schools or single family homes in close proximity which would be af:ected by the proposed usea 6.
