A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. 194, SERIES 1957-58, TO PERMIT OT4ER THAN THE TWO USES
ORIGINAtLY PERMITTED BY SAID RE~OLU?ION
19HEREAS, the City Planning Commission or Febz••;ary 3, 1958, granted in Resolution
No. 176, Series 1957-589 and Variance No, 904, said Resolution being subsequently amended
as to legal advertisement; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No~ 194, Series 1957-58 permitted establis~iment of two commercial
structures on subject property limiting the uses to a cam shop and a flower shop; and
WnEREAS, the flower shop has been out oi business for scme time, and the pe{:itioner
.~.~T requests permission to establish a trophy shop; and
•.j~ wHE,^,EpS, the proposed trophy shop has been determined to be of a similar intensity
''~. of use as the flower shop,

; NOW9 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plan.ning Commission of the City of
' i Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 194, Series 1357-58, which limited the uses to a
; cam shop and a flower shop, to perm,t the establishmen'.: of a trophy shop or other C-1,
~f General Commercial, Zone uses which are similar or lighter in intensity than that now
