A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 0~ ~HE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ~ BE GRANTED IN PART WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom DOYLE A.ND SHIELDS REALTY ~MPANY, 1333 South Euclid Street, Anaheim, California, Owners; TERRY TOGNAZZINI, 1515 North Durant, Santa Ana, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 16 of Tract No. 2534, as per map recorded in book 115 psges 15 and 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EXCEPT the North 130,00 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof l~ing Sc~~th of a line th-t is parallel with and 200.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles from the center line of Ball Road as said center line is stiown on said map. ; end WHEREAS, t6e City Planning C:ommission did hnld a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on August 299 i966 at 2:00 o'clock P.B1„ notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidenee for and against seid proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke findings end recommendations in connection thelewith; end WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspeetion, investigation, end study mede by itsell and in its behelf, and efter due consideretion of ell evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and deterc~ine the Eollowing fects: 1.
