A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ~75 BE GRANTED If ~S ': ~ 'i ~ ~ ~ ~. ~ ~ ,1; '' ~ ~ 1 ~ WHEREAS, the City Pienning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom WARREN 1-i~DGES, 1642 Alomar Street9 Anaheim, California, Owner; HAROLD HARTLEY, °18 West Lincoln, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real oroperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the southerly 147a75 feet of Lot 1 in Block "A" of Anaheim Villa Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 14, page 44, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California ; and WHEREAS the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on August 299 19~6, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, end after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, dnes find and determine the following facts: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: Section 1~i~40~060(e) - estab ish a walk-uo restaurant with waiver of minimum required park- spaces~ ec ion (4-a-2_e~ 21 parkina spaces required - 1R proposedo 2. Thai the proposed use will not edversely effect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed fot tha use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner. not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the CiGzens of the City of Maheim. 4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5~ That three persons appeared in opposition to waiver of minimum required p~Tlilt;g spaces, and one person appeared in opposition to the proposed use.
