A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ~~~ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom ROBERT W. AND LOUISE Ao ~NN, 119 South Melrose, Anaheim, California, Owners; MARGARET WRIGHT, 924 North Euclid, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 10 of Tract No. 303, as per map recorded in Book 15, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County •~ „ ' ! ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hesring et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on ~ August 29, 1966, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by ~ lew end in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider eviJence ~! for and egainst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection • ~ therewith; end i I WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in its behelf, end I after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find end determine the following fects: 1. That the proposed use is propedy one for which a Conditional .Use Petmit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:Secticn ]R,64.020(1-a) to permit a home for mothers-to-be in an existing 3100 square fcot single family structure. ' 2. Thet the proposed use will not advecsely affect the adjoining lend uses and the growth end development of ' the area in which it is ptoposed to be loceted. ' I 3. Thet the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to alloa the full development oE the '~ proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and genera] welfere - of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. :i ~ - 4. 1'hat the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimentei to the peece, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. ; 5. NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject Petition Eor Conditional Us: Permit, upon the following conditions which ate heteby found tc be a necessary pcerequisite to the proposed use af the subject propody in order to preserve the sefety end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: la That the dama~=d and/cr hazardous sidewalks shall be removed and/or reconstructed along Melrose Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineero ; 2. That the conversion of the existing s±ructure shall conform to the Uniform Building + Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 3.
